Refund policy
Items can be returned within 10 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of an e-gift card. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. To initiate a return please email theloop573@gmail.com. In your email include your name, the order number, item to be returned and reason for return. Please make sure your return request is approved prior to to shipping the item(s) back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
The credit may then be used to purchase a new item or exchange for a different variant of same item purchased.
- All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide sales over 15% or marked final sale.
- Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, and all other accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Always follow the care instructions on clothing to ensure your items do not shrink or ruin. We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items.
- Iron or steam damage is not considered a manufacture defect.
- Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, smoke smell or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the item back.
Items must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 10 days, it will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.
